Melocco produced and directed "Horse Master" on RFD-TV for 10 years. She also writes for national equine publications including Horse Illustrated, Horse & Rider—and has been a writer for three Western Horseman books. Through The Whole Picture, LLC, she takes on special photography and marketing projects with a team of help—all with amazing journalism, communication and design experience.

Twenty years ago, a defining moment in c**t starting history unfolded.

In 2006, Stacy Westfall captured the World Championship of C**t Starting title riding the unforgettable DOCTOR T TARI — better known as “Popcorn.” After her very first competition round that Saturday, she knew he was special and offered to buy him.

The three-year-old c**t, sired by Docs T Peppy and out of Ms Tari Babe. Raised on the Cornelius Ranch, Popcorn went from a promising young c**t to a world champion.

A special partnership. A special horse. A Road to the Horse championship that still inspires 20 years later.
