We're reaching out to share an important update regarding Sir Speedy Meadow Lands. After more than 30 years of dedicated service to the community, Roy has decided to retire. We want to thank him for his commitment, his talent and the relationships he has
built, and to thank you for the trust you have placed in Sir Speedy over the years. As a next step in Roy's transition, starting June 1, 2026, Sir Speedy Pittsburgh will be supporting all Meadow Lands customer projects and services while we complete plans
for a new Meadow Lands location. Rest assured, it will continue to be business as usual for your orders, initiatives and ser- vice. You can continue using the same phone number and email contacts you use today, and Steve Bowers will still be with the team to continue his support. Your projects will be handled by an expanded production and support team committed to maintaining the best
service levels in the business, and the quality you've come to expect. We will also continue to keep you updated as plans for the new Meadow Lands location move forward. In the meantime, Roy will remain available to assist with customer needs
