She’s usually the one helping us get noticed. Today, we’re returning the favor.

We’re kicking off our Rally for Riki sponsor spotlights with a special thank-you to Kayla Williams with Compass Point Creative!

As a business owner, having someone you can turn to with “Is this worth the money?” or “How do we get the word out?” makes a big difference. Kayla is that person for us.

From helping us make thoughtful decisions about our marketing budget and sponsorships to creating content and managing our social media presence, she takes so much off my plate so I can focus on running VIP Eyes.

🎉 Well, it’s official. Compass Point Creative is officially a Connecticut LLC!

There’s something pretty surreal about seeing the business you’ve worked so hard to build on an official document from the State of Connecticut.

What started as KW Consulting & Design has grown, evolved, and now has a new name, a new home, and a whole new chapter ahead.

Moving to Connecticut meant starting over in a lot of ways. New community, new connections, and the challenge of building a local presence while continuing to support the incredible businesses I've worked with for years.

But here's what hasn't changed.

I still believe small businesses deserve great marketing without needing a corporate-sized budget. I still love turning someone's ideas into a website, brand, or campaign they're genuinely excited to show off. And I still get ridiculously invested in helping other business owners succeed.

I've spent years helping other people build their businesses. Getting to this point with my own feels pretty special.

Compass Point Creative, LLC. It has a nice ring to it, doesn't it? 🧭

Here's to new roots, bigger opportunities, and seeing just how far this little business can go.

👻 SCARY THINGS SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS SAY:

“I haven’t updated my website since 2019.”

I’m officially opening up space for 3 new clients at Compass Point Creative. 👋

I work with small businesses that need help getting marketing off the “I’ll deal with that later” list and actually doing something useful for the business.

That might mean building a custom website, managing social media, creating business cards and marketing materials, helping with advertising, or simply figuring out which marketing efforts are actually worth your time and budget.

My goal is pretty simple: help your business look professional, make it easier for people to find you, and take some of the marketing work off your plate.

Since relocating to Connecticut, I’d especially love to connect with more local businesses and continue growing Compass Point Creative here.
