Congratulations to Murphy Braderman, who is heading to kindergarten after a fun-filled year at Mechanicsburg Learning Center. From making new friends and creating art projects to learning to write his name and exploring sensory bins, Murphy has embraced every opportunity to learn and grow. 📚

Looking for a fresh, filling dinner idea? Try this grilled chicken and farro salad. 🥗

Ingredients:
• 1 cup farro
• 2 cups water or broth
• 2 grilled chicken breasts
• Cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta, herbs

Dressing:
• Olive oil, lemon juice, zest
• Honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper

Directions:
1. Cook farro and let it cool
2. Combine with veggies, chicken, feta
3. Whisk dressing and toss
4. Serve and enjoy
