We’re looking for a Lead Sewer / Shop Manager to join our growing upholstery shop specializing in custom boat covers and furniture.

This is a unique opportunity for the right person to step into a business with huge potential. Along with upholstery services, we already offer laser and embroidery capabilities that are ready to expand.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has sewing/upholstery experience
• Can lead day-to-day shop operations
• Takes pride in quality craftsmanship
• Wants to help grow a business and be part of its future

This position offers significant opportunity for growth and leadership for someone motivated to take ownership and help the business grow.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
