Training is the essential part of the protection business, those involved in the protection business have been in a variety of training programs. They learn to shoot, drive, and do advances, but, what they don’t learn is the Business of Protection. As a conservative estimate Executive Protection Training providers turn out 400 to 500 students per year; this does not include all the federal and local police officers that are retiring, and personnel coming back from high risk assignments overseas.
