Life seems sad at tymes...... I totally understand how the sign painters of old felt when vinyl came along . Most folks wanted vinyl because of the crispness and ease to change over the permanence of paint. I have been doing signs for about 30 years . Signs with taste and not clutter . They have a job to to and thats to get your message out there to the public in a way that can be seen tastefully . But lately all anyone wants is a picture full of clutter and pretty pictures. The message to me gets lost in the clutter . The last probably dozen inquiries about a sign that came along just wanted pictures of clutter. I could be the inbetween guy to make some cash but my soul doesn't allow for this. I truly dont like the pictures. They seem to lack soul.....being "old school" is tough. It is sure a sign of how the world is going. It ..... well ..... saddens me..... Makes it hard to be when these pictures are everywhere i go now.
