Recently, our client, the Long Island Limousine Association, was featured in an interview on CBS 2 highlighting the importance of hiring only properly licensed and legally compliant car, van, and limousine operators. Association President Tom Gouldsbury emphasized the risks associated with unlicensed operators, including the absence of driver background checks and the lack of insurance coverage to protect passengers in the event of an accident.
