Let’s hear it for the Girls!!!! Saturday’s Seams Like your Style was a hit. 🙌🏻🩷

This event was such a fun one to plan, coordinate and promote.

Hot take: sometimes PR is not a press release, and brand awareness is not another piece of content. Instead, it is about tapping into your community and physically getting in front of your audience.

Through collaboration, aligned brand strategy and intentional promotion, Cari's Closet was able to showcase her services in a way that supported the community that she already serves.

Backstory: Cari and I met through the Co.Starters cohort with Epicenter Memphis Memphis back in 2023 and our businesses have grown up together in a way. 🥹

This refresh went beyond a photo shoot. CFC worked along side Cari to rebuild her brand strategy. Cari’s work never changed but the way she wanted talk about it needed to. With new brand values, a new mission statement, and customer personas that actually capture who she serves, Cari’s Closet became what I always knew it was.🤍

Special thanks to Erica Haskett and Olivia Talley for collaborating on this project! You both brought my vision to life.

Happy World PR Day!

Every day someome hands me their business and says “tell my story” and that is something I don’t take lightly. That’s real trust. They have put years into this, sometimes their savings, sometimes their name, and they’re letting me take that and put it into the world.

Every caption, every pitch, every piece of messaging is somebody’s reputation. Getting to help carry that and make sure it lands right? That’s the best part of this job. This industry changes constantly, but that part doesn’t.

May is Small Business Month and small businesses are the reason for CFC.

When I graduated college, I saw a gap in how small business owners struggled with finding unique creative and strategic solutions.

That’s the problem Cecilia Fay Creative exists to solve.

This is a boutique agency, and boutique is intentional. When you work with me, you get me and not a rotating team of account managers who don’t know your business.

Every strategy I build is tailored to YOUR business and not someone else’s. Content and community building becomes intentional, consistent and purposeful. Because showing up inconsistently with no plan isn’t a strategy, it’s just noise.

Last week, I got to speak with the City of Memphis

We discussed the importance of having a personal brand, ways to stand out in this day and age, and the impact of AI + tech — because at the end of the day, you have to be able to clearly articulate your value. Yesterday I worked with Bryan of Birdie's South Main south main to help refine their social media presence. Through a custom content strategy, content calendar system and Canva training, we were able to put structure and clarity behind their already authentic social media presence.

They are a one-of-a kind golf simulator bar located in South Main and a community favorite. Through strategy I wanted to showcase their golf knowledge, how they uplift the community and their unique promotions.

Not only did I get to provide new ideas for their business but also equip the owner with tools to move forward.

I am a big Birdie’s fan and getting to work with them as a client is so exciting and a full circle moment. If you go check them out whether its for a drink or a tee time, tell them I sent you. 😉⛳️
