May is Small Business Month and small businesses are the reason for CFC.

When I graduated college, I saw a gap in how small business owners struggled with finding unique creative and strategic solutions.

That’s the problem Cecilia Fay Creative exists to solve.

This is a boutique agency, and boutique is intentional. When you work with me, you get me and not a rotating team of account managers who don’t know your business.

Every strategy I build is tailored to YOUR business and not someone else’s. Content and community building becomes intentional, consistent and purposeful. Because showing up inconsistently with no plan isn’t a strategy, it’s just noise.

We love a successful collaboration! Yesterday I worked with Elevate by Grameen America on a special lunch and learn session where we discussed brand strategy, showing up with intention on social media and how to do it all as a woman entrepreneur.

I loved getting to know all of these ladies and answering all their fun questions.

Last week, I got to speak with the City of Memphis
during their Emerging Leaders program! We discussed the importance of having a personal brand, ways to stand out in this day and age, and the impact of AI + tech — because at the end of the day, you have to be able to clearly articulate your value. I enjoyed chatting with this group and learning from my fellow panelists.

Yesterday I worked with Bryan of Birdie's South Main south main to help refine their social media presence. Through a custom content strategy, content calendar system and Canva training, we were able to put structure and clarity behind their already authentic social media presence.

They are a one-of-a kind golf simulator bar located in South Main and a community favorite. Through strategy I wanted to showcase their golf knowledge, how they uplift the community and their unique promotions.

Not only did I get to provide new ideas for their business but also equip the owner with tools to move forward.

I am a big Birdie’s fan and getting to work with them as a client is so exciting and a full circle moment. If you go check them out whether its for a drink or a tee time, tell them I sent you. 😉⛳️

Last week I stopped by University of Memphis’s JRSM department’s PRO day! It was so great to chat with current students on their journeys. I can’t believe I was in their shoes just 6 years ago—I look forward to seeing some of them as writers in our newspapers and creating campaigns in today’s PR and AD industry. They are going to do GREAT work. 👏🏼🙌🏼

Attended my first Develop HER Summit yesterday and I’m already looking forward to next year.🙌🏼

I connected with so many great women from different walks of life.

I led a breakout session on telling your story with intention, something I’m really passionate about. Special thanks to Junior League of Memphis for giving me the platform to share my story and more importantly giving others the confidence to tell theirs. 14 year old Cecilia would be so excited right now. 🥹🩷

Woohooo! I am so excited to annouce that I am this month’s FACE of StyleBlueprint. What a fun start to 2026.
