Today we’re celebrating Lucas Sipe and his first year with Search Marketing Pros.

In the last 12 months, Lucas has become a cornerstone of our SEO team. He’s exceptionally strong in on-page SEO optimization, local search strategy, and technical SEO audits - the kind of person who can practically run an SEO audit in his sleep. More importantly, he’s shown tremendous growth and an obsession with getting the details right for our clients.

Outside of work, Lucas spends time with his family, logs serious miles on his bike, and somehow remains a dedicated Chargers fan. That same resilient spirit probably explains his appreciation for the works of Kafka and Dostoevsky.

New faces, fresh energy. This week we welcomed Merrick Miller (Summer Intern, Data Analytics) to the Search Marketing Pros family and introduced her to our other intern Kai Virani (Marketing Specialist, Inbound) - and they’ve already made an impact.

In just five days, they dove into advanced GA4 and HubSpot training, started mapping out a summer-long analytics project, and still found time for a full-team lunch to swap ideas (and a few puns/dad jokes).
