🚧 Your Google Business Profile’s Lazy—Time to Put It to Work
Look, if your Google Business Profile hasn’t booked you a job lately, it’s not Google’s fault—it’s yours. Yeah, I said it.
Everyone’s out here throwing money at ads like it’s Monopoly cash, meanwhile their profile looks like it was built in 2009 by their cousin who “knows computers.”
Here’s how to fix it—without losing your damn mind:
📆 **Link a booking calendar.** Make it easy for people to give you money. Revolutionary concept, I know.
📸 Post job photos every week. Doesn’t have to be a photoshoot—just take a pic that says, “Hey, I showed up and crushed it.”
⭐ Ask customers to leave reviews *with pictures*. People trust other people, not your logo from 1996.
🗣️ Reply to reviews. All of ‘em. Even the 1-star nutjob. Show potential customers you’re not a ghost.
🔍 Load up that Services section with *real words* people search. No one’s Googling “plumbing solutions specialist.”
📅 Update your hours. Especially for holidays. People don’t like guessing.
❓ Add FAQs—and answer them. Don’t make folks call you to ask what a tankless water heater is.
📣 Use the Posts feature. It’s free. Say something. “10% off drain cleanings,” “We fix frozen pipes,” whatever—just show you’re alive.
📎 Embed the profile on your website. Put it in the footer. You know what a footer is, right?
✅ Fill out every section. Don’t be that guy who skips stuff and wonders why the phone’s not ringing.
Bottom line? Your Google Profile should be working harder than you are. If it’s not, fix it.
Don’t ask me where to start—the link’s in the first comment, alright? Click it, book more jobs. Boom.
