You’re posting… but people aren’t stopping.
And if they don’t stop, they don’t trust you.
And if they don’t trust you, they don’t hire you.

That’s the gap.

Most people are obsessing over the wrong questions when it comes to social media.

“What time should I post?”
“How long should my videos be?”

Those questions feel important… but they’re mostly a distraction.

Here’s the truth:
If your content is boring, posting at the “perfect time” won’t save it.

And when it comes to video length, I like the miniskirt analogy 👇

A miniskirt should be long enough to cover the details… but short enough to grab attention.

But even that misses the real point.

If you know how to tell a story, create curiosity, and keep people leaning in… people will watch.

Doesn’t matter if it’s 20 seconds or 2 minutes.

People don’t stay because of timing.
They stay because they’re interested.

So instead of asking when to post…
Start asking how do I make people care?

That’s the real strategy.

If your TikTok views suddenly dropped… you’re not the only one. I noticed early today tyr Account Check in TikTok Studio is down

Creators across the platform are reporting a noticeable drop in views right now. There are a few possible reasons being discussed:

• Technical disruptions connected to large cloud infrastructure providers like the Oracle data centers that support parts of TikTok’s backend systems
• Videos getting stuck under review, which can delay distribution
• Lower early engagement signals, which slows how far a video initially gets pushed

Before you panic and start deleting videos, keep this in mind:

✔️ Don’t delete low-view videos too quickly — TikTok sometimes pushes them out hours (or even days) later.
✔️ Give videos time to circulate before assuming they flopped.
✔️ Stay consistent with posting while the platform works through any technical issues.

Sometimes it’s strategy… and sometimes the platform itself is having a moment.

Heads up to every business owner and anyone who manages multiple pages — Meta quietly pushed a permissions update, and it’s causing chaos.

If you suddenly can’t access Meta Business Suite, can’t schedule posts, or your dashboard completely vanished overnight… you’re not alone. This is happening across the board.

Here’s the truth:

Meta downgraded a ton of Page admins to “Task Access” without warning.

Task Access =
❌ No Meta Business Suite
❌ No Page Settings
❌ No Insights
❌ No Scheduling
❌ No New Page Experience tools

You can still post and reply… but you can’t manage your Page.
And most people have no idea this even happened.

How to Fix It (business owners, this is for you):
If you work with a social media manager, VA, or agency, you need to update their access so they can actually do their job.

Here’s the fix:
1. Go to your Page from your personal profile
2. Click Settings → Page Access
3. Under “People with Facebook Access,” click Add Person
4. Select your social media manager
5. Turn ON “Full Control”
6. Confirm with your password

Done.
Everything instantly returns — Meta Business Suite, scheduling, insights, all of it.
Why did this happen?

Meta is rolling out a permissions update.
It’s messy, confusing, and it hit a LOT of Pages overnight.
If you have someone helping manage your Page, check their access. It may have changed without any notification.
If you need help, drop a comment or message me.

This one is frustrating, but it’s 100% fixable. Let your people know so they don’t waste hours thinking they did something wrong.
