COVID 19 has forced us to adapt and implement new, creative ways for our real estate clientele.

This team based in New Jersey relies heavily on open house traffic to fuel their team and with they can no longer host open houses.

So we came up with a solution...

Step 1: Create a short video ad (shown below)
Step 2: Create Messenger bot opt in to deliver the Matterport Link for full interactive virtual tour.

Now we've captured leads directly inside of FB Messenger for follow up and send a follow up message asking for feedback.

And that's how it's done 👍 Adapt and Innovate!

Corona Virus doesn't mean we should stop marketing.

We adapt and create solutions.

Here's a quick little video I made of how a real estate client of mine is adjusting to the market.

A huge portion of their budget went to open house campaigns and since we are practicing ... open houses are off the table. So we brainstormed together and came up with this new concept to continue marketing their open house 🙌 and that's how we innovate!
