Unfortunately, Google does not have a way to directly remove a negative review. But here are some things you can try to get rid of an unwanted Google Review:
1. If the content is inappropriate or inflammatory, flag it for Google to evaluate and remove it.
2. If you can address the customer’s issue, they may edit or remove the review.
3. If the above does not work, you can tweet the Google Small Business team () and request it to be removed.
4. If the content is illegal or slanderous, you can submit a formal legal request for Google to take the post down.
