She's worked hard to build something really special in Mandeville, and we’ve been lucky enough to help with some of the behind-the-scenes pieces and get the word out along the way.

So yeah, we’re proud of this one. Mostly of Rachel. Maybe like 4% of ourselves. 😂

I brought Dragons Love Tacos and Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus! because when you're reading to a room full of four-year-olds, you bring the hits.

Using Strava to find neighborhoods in major cities? Not here.
In New Orleans, use Hoodmaps.

People are choosing destinations and real estate based on running and cycling maps labeled as "safe." In cities where the population is into other "hobbies," there's less data.

This conversation has exploded lately around its use in real estate, but marketing and communications teams can look for the same (or better) patterns looking at different mapping sources.

This is incredible urban intelligence for planning campaigns that might require geofencing, traditional mail, or new market research.

It's also hilarious.
