It's the first slow morning we have had in a while. So I'm going to enjoy my coffee and read book #9 of the year before I start working on a presentation for a client.

Some things that have been on my mind lately ..
📆 Summer schedules require Olympic level calendar management
📖 Every business has a story worth sharing
💰 Social media isn't always where the sale happens. It's often where the relationship starts.
👀 That's why showing up consistently matters more than chasing viral moments.
📚 Book #9 of the year is proof reading before scrolling is a better use of my morning.

Summer break is officially here! ☀️

One thing I tell clients this time of year? If you need a quick response, text or email is usually your best bet.

Why? Because my summer office often includes kids, snacks, sports schedules, and at least one child somehow attached to me while I'm working. 😆

I've become surprisingly skilled at answering messages one-handed, around flying limbs, and from the sidelines of summer activities.

The good news? I'm still here and ready to help with social media, email marketing, website updates, and all the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep your business moving.

Being a virtual assistant, social media manager, and mom means I live somewhere between organized chaos and a psychological thriller most days. 😂

One minute I’m scheduling content, answering emails, and fixing websites…

The next I’m searching the house for missing soccer gear while trying to emotionally recover from a failed scheduled post and an unexpected phone call. ☠️

And honestly? Running out of coffee might’ve been the scariest one on the list.

My brain has approximately 47 tabs open at all times.

Client ideas.
Content hooks.
Grocery lists.
A reel concept that hits at 11:42pm.
A caption rewrite while I’m folding laundry.

And somehow the BEST ideas always happen when I don’t have my notebook nearby… so they disappear into the universe forever. 🫠

But honestly? I wouldn’t trade this creative chaos for anything.
It means I care deeply about what I create, I’m constantly thinking of ways to help my clients grow, and my brain never really clocks out.

New clients just add fuel to the fire… and somehow I love it. ✨

It’s not that I need coffee… it’s that this soccer tournament weekend + late nights + a full week ahead need me caffeinated ☕️⚽️

Running on sideline snacks, minimal sleep, and a whole lot of “let’s do this” energy—because the work doesn’t stop when the schedule gets busy.

Finally a coffee maker that works!

Yesterday my husband bought a coffee maker after our other one stopped brewing coffee properly. With 2 kids, on spring break, and a business to run, coffee is mandatory!

Having a membership here is probably one of my favorite purchases each year. We get our use out of it, especially in the summer and on breaks. And of course whenever the weather isn't great to be outside.

I'm able to make a couple posts from my phone while my kids use their imaginations and run out their energy.
