When sharing content, hosting LIVE events, and selling products and services, are you staying focused on your Statement of Value? Here is the formula to use to write an SOV and an example.

Your [group name] empowers your [Ideal Facebook Group Avatar] to enjoy [his/her ultimate desired outcome.]
Example:
[Faster Keto Success] gives [Keto Kate] an easy plan for losing 50 pounds in 90 days so she can fit into more attractive clothes, feel confident in her appearance and make her husband proud.

Write your SOV and make sure your group, your content, and your products deliver the SOV.

What's your group's SOV? Share it in the comments!

Are you having a challenging time coming up with five posts a day?
To make it easier, try scheduling time to sit down and create posts for the entire week.
Remember the content strategy is three information posts and two engagement posts.
Determine the value that your tribe needs.
To find content, turn to your list of influencers in your niche, and follow their blogs. Share the valuable content you find on their blogs. Turn to Amazon and buy a few of the best-selling books in your niche. Source content from these books. And don't forget, Youtube is another great source for content.
Once you schedule your weekly posts, don't forget to interact with your audience!
Where do you find your best content?

Is it important to know everything about my product?
Knowing everything you can about your product(s) is valuable. It will help you with your Q&A sessions. You will be able to offer trainings and educate your audience. You will be able to clearly demonstrate the benefits of the product and how it can be used to solve urgent problems. Make learning what you can about your products a part of your weekly to-do list.

Are you nervous about starting conversations in your group? Think of it like coffee and a conversation. Grab your favorite drink. Relax and ask questions.
"Hey, guys, what's the biggest challenge you have with X? Let me know why you think you haven't accomplished X by now."
It's a lot simpler and easier than you think it is. For more ideas review our training on creating engagement in your group in the members' site in the Q&A video section.
So just dive in. Just do it. You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain.
What conversation icebreaker has worked best for your group?

How well do your group members know you?
Don't be afraid to show your group that you are vulnerable and still make mistakes. This humanizes you and creates a connection with your group. It makes you more approachable and likable.
Here are a few tips from Caleb's Q&A calls: Vulnerability melts away skepticism, distress, and resistance. Use self-deprecating humor in a positive way, but don't overdo it. Talk about the mistakes you made and what you learn from them. Now, your tribe will love you, trust you, and buy like crazy.
What have you done to help your group members get to know you? I'd love to hear your ideas in the comments!

How do I build trust with my group members?
Here are three things to do to generate trust.
1. Solve people’s problems. Whether it’s a big problem or lots of small ones. If you can solve a problem, people will trust you more. This is why we focus on solving urgent problems with our avatars.
2. Get in front of your members and the best way is the camera. Other ideas include creating short videos where you review products or share a tip. People want to get to know you.
3. Be vulnerable. It’s hard for members to relate to perfection. Share some things about yourself. Vulnerability allows you to bond with your members.

Need an idea for showing your email list how valuable your group is?
Try sending emails more frequently. Any tip that you post in your group… send it as an email. When group members have successes, share about them with your email list. Send a sneak peek email showing your email list a collection of things around one topic or urgent problem you’ve shared in the group. Let them know what they are missing.
End every email with a PS. The PS could provide an offer of a product. For example, PS. Want more help with [urgent problem]? Try [my product] on sale now through Thursday. (link to a landing page.)
The PS position is a non-invasive sales strategy. It complements the information in the email and lets your audience know you offer things that can help.

Yesterday, I posted about announcing your Facebook Lives and Q&As to your email list. Don’t stop there!
A couple of days later, follow-up with another email and let them know how well the chat has been going. Share a couple of the group member comments. Mention some of the ideas. Include a link to the group Q&A chat and invite them to join the group to see the chat.
Tip: segment your email list so that you don’t send these follow up emails to group members.
What do you think of this idea?

Do you announce your Facebook Lives and Q&As to your email list?
Remember, not everyone on your email list is in your group. We want to try to get them over to the group, so announce your next Q&A to your email list. State the topic of the Q&A, how long (or short) it will be, and its benefits. Let them know it will be fun and informative and then give them a link.
Example: "Hi everyone. This Tuesday at 2:00 PM EST I’m doing a Q&A on [state the topic]. We are going to have an awesome time. Don’t lose out. Here's the link to the group."
Tune in tomorrow and I’ll give you some tips for how to follow up and keep the momentum going!

Do you offer eBooks to your group members or use them for lead generators? Why not try a video training series instead?
E-books should be short and sweet, and you can only charge so much money for an e-book.
If you find you have too much content for an e-book, convert the content into a video training or a slide deck presentation. You can charge more for these types of offers. People are willing to pay higher prices for information in these types of formats.
Do you have enough information to make a video training or slide deck presentation?
