Your Prospects Don't Care About You! 📢

There's one question you have to keep in mind at all times when you want to craft powerful offers that prospects really want to buy:

"How do I take them from an emotional state to an active buying state?"

Your potential customers don't care about you, your brand or that fancy logo.

They mostly care about themselves and their wants and needs. I know it sounds selfish, but that's how we are wired as humans.

Any ad you put in front of a potential customer needs to reach marker resonance. Find out so well who the prospects that resonate with your offer are, that the whole experience of the ad can persuade them to purchase your product(s).

Also, remember that the better you build relationships with those prospects as a brand, the happier they are as customers.

Performance looked strong for the first half of August. Most of our clients have seen a 15%-20% increase in NC Revenue in August compared to July and this trend is continuing throughout September as well.

We had a few accounts that were still struggling, but new customer acquisition is better across the board compared to the previous period.

Some of those accounts experienced a significant decrease in CPMs & CPOC - close to 30%.

FB-reported ROAS is up more than 20% across accounts.

July was also a tough period for some of our Google accounts.

Month-to-date Google-reported Revenue is 13% higher and Ad Spend is 19% higher.

Creatives are one of the most important elements inside an ad account, but it takes way more than having strong creatives to drive massive scale and maintain great performance inside your ad accounts.

Media buying is not dead! A good media buying process - together with strong creatives - is going to help you achieve massive growth for a brand.

Also, being able to craft strong offers, build great landing pages and create high-converting creatives that speak to your end consumers' needs, desires and interests, will unlock a lot of room for testing and this level of scale.

Don't forget that behind every single one of these purchases is a real human being that will always be interested to see what others like them have to say about your product (build that social proof).

HOT TAKE 🔥: Take your best performing creative and run that to your existing customers (Klaviyo/Shopify customer list+Pixel purchasers) and if you have a product that customers genuinely love, you'll be able to drive a lot of social proof. Copy the post ID from that same creatives and throw it back into your prospecting campaign.

And the best source to improve CVR will be the comments section, so dive deep in there to find the real reason why customers purchased your product.

For the first half of June, this client was struggling a lot, and things were really not working, no matter how much effort was put in or how many creatives.

Taking a step back from the ad account and looking at the entire funnel through different lenses allows you to actually see the bigger areas of improvement.
