& a personal note, for those who know our founder, Aspen Scott , you know just how special this moment is. Before losing someone she loved to brain cancer, the very last show they ever attended together was TroyBoi at the Ogden Theatre in Denver. His music became deeply connected to that memory and something that truly helped her through grief.
Since 2017, she has attended countless TroyBoi shows, introduced so many people to his music, encouraged others to tap into his mission, worked on several of his events, and had the opportunity to get to know him a little more behind the scenes.
To go from sharing that final show with someone she loved, to finding comfort in the music, to now sitting across from him and asking about his mission as an artist… it’s a full-circle moment that is honestly hard to put into words.
This one means more than you know. 🥹🖤
