Is your content actually helping your business, or is it just taking up space on your feed?

Because sometimes business owners think posting consistently should automatically lead to sales… but that’s not always how it works.

Different content does different jobs.

A lot of creators think they need the most expensive tools to succeed and truth? Not everything needs an upgrade.

Start with what you have, learn how to use it well, and invest when you've outgrown it, not when a trend tells you to.

Smart creators don't just spend money. They spend it with purpose.

Let’s make content fun again 😉

Not all hooks are created equal.
If your opening line sounds like a textbook... we’re scrolling ✌🏾

A strong hook should stop the scroll, spark curiosity, or make me think, “wait—what!?”

The difference between 100 views and 1 million?
It’s how you start.

Comment HOOKS below and I’ll DM you 50 scroll-stopping openers you can plug into your next video 🔥

Is your content actually helping your business, or is it just taking up space on your feed?

Because sometimes business owners think posting consistently should automatically lead to sales… but that’s not always how it works.

Different content does different jobs.

Your relatable post might get new eyes on you.
Your educational post might make people trust you.
Your offer-focused post might get someone ready to buy.

But if your content has no clear purpose, no clear audience, and no clear reason for someone to care…

That’s not strategy. That’s just posting and hoping for the best

And we are no longer wasting time on content that looks cute but does absolutely nothing for the business.

Your content is getting ignored because you’re late to the trends.

The internet moves fast. One minute people are watching a trend… the next they’re over it, and these June social media trends help you stay on point and trending.

June is all about creating content that feels fun, fast, relatable, and visually engaging again, hence these are some trends worth hopping on before everyone else does.

Save this for your next content day.

Which one are you hopping on first?

All these viral videos? Same exact hook.
Same formula, different niche.

Because going viral isn’t ✨random✨ IT'S REPEATABLE

You don’t need a new idea.
You need a strong hook that actually works.

The first 3 seconds are your “wait… what’s going on here?” moment.

That’s why movement, props, different angles, and tiny little pattern interrupts work so well. They make people pause for a second instead of immediately swiping away.

But here’s the thing… a cute opening shot can get someone to stop, but it can’t carry the whole video on its back. At some point, the content still has to deliver.

So use the visual hook. Open the door. Pick up the phone. Adjust the glasses. Sit down dramatically on the couch like you’re about to spill industry tea.

Just make sure what comes after is actually worth watching.
Because attention is cute, but retention is the goal.

If I was your social media manager as a therapist… the first thing I’d tell you is this:

Not everyone is your client and that’s a good thing because a lot of therapists post very broad content like: “healing takes time” or “I help people with trauma.”

But the problem is… your ideal client doesn’t immediately see themselves in that.

Instead, your content should speak directly to the real thoughts, struggles, and patterns your current clients are already experiencing.

Talk about:
→ the woman who feels guilty for resting
→ the person who looks “fine” but is emotionally exhausted
→ the high achiever struggling with anxiety behind closed doors
→ the people-pleaser who can’t say no without feeling bad

That’s the kind of content that makes someone stop scrolling and think:
“Wait… this therapist understands me.”

Mental health quotes alone won’t build connection anymore.
