Miami Riverbridge — a mega mixed-use development at 400 SE 2nd Ave — is officially moving forward. The project, a joint venture between Hyatt Hotels Corp. and Gencom, will replace the current Hyatt Regency with three interconnected skyscrapers featuring:
🔹 A Skybridge suspended 700 feet in the air with a luxury restaurant and panoramic lounge 🔹 A modern mix of hotel rooms, premium rental apartments, retail space, and a convention center 🔹 Phase One design concluding in 2026, with twin tower construction to follow
