Did you know that it's estimated that the average adult is faced to make about 35k choices a day?

IDK about you, but most times I experience decision fatigue and get so overwhelmed that I end up not choosing anything.

Growing in faith and in relationship with Jesus has taught me that I don't have to make every decision on my own. In fact, because of God's grace, we get to lay our burden at His feet and not worry. I will have to do is let go and let God.

Sounds simple doesn't it? It should be, really. But we always make it harder and more complicated.

Today's challenge: position yourself in a posture of surrender. Take 5 minutes to sit in God's presence, having a talk with Him. Simply say out loud - "Jesus, this is what I am struggling with today (insert all your troubles/worries here) please help me to make the right decisions and lead the way, help me carry this burden. Thank you Lord!"

Comment "challenge accepted" if you're willing to spend 5 minutes with Jesus and let Him fill your cup today!
