Once you know WHO your customers are, then you have to figure out WHERE they are. Maybe it’s social media. Maybe it’s online games. Maybe it’s listening to streaming radio.

If you understand their behavior, you will understand where they spend their time and THAT’s where you need to spend your marketing dollars.
