Antagonistic cross training is an intense exercise regimen used by professional athletes around the world. Antagonistic Cross Training was created in 2001 for the MMA fighter and high Intensity athlete. A training system utilizing both anaerobic and aerobic training by combining an intense and perfectly balance program for success. A perfect track record of success among tennis players, football players, soccer players, baseball players, basketball players, wrestlers and of course MMA fighters. This popular method of training was created by fitness legend and Personal trainer Joseph Dion and Professional Strength and Conditioning Coach Ulises Garcia using principles of the American College of Sports Medicine.
