We cr we ate this hinge design in order to use thread insert and bolts for the assembly. What do you think about the design. The only way to 3D print this item in one single part was using the H2S and rotate the item 45 degrees on the z-axis. The item is 360mm length. I think we could go for a little more but we can only print one at a time (here we were printing 2). Another reason why we love the H2S model

The truth is that this is not a 100% new product! We just combine two of our popular products. We take the round mount walkie Talkie and modify it to be installed with our "toyota land cruiser 80 series central dashboard mount". We don't know if we should add as an optional for the central dashboard listing, create a new list or both? What do you think? Let us know on the comments

This is a simplecway to show you an important difference between the bambulab H2D and H2S. Every body will tell you that one have one nozzle and the other one have two. But the printing size capacity is different. They use the same printing bed sheet but the truth is that for H2D you can use that hole area. The right nozzle can't reach all way to the left and the left nozzle can't reach all the way to the right.
Here you can see how a simple proyecto can't fit on the H2D but it can fit on the H2S

This spool of filament was drop-off when we got out for lunch (Murphys law) and it was raining. The box was really wet, but fortunately the internal plastic bag was in perfect conditions 🫨. But definitely we rush our lunch because we received the Amazon notification hahahaha

We reed to recreate some house identification numbers, that means that would be exposed to outdoor conditions. Plus, the customer wants a wood look on the front face. This was our first time doing this technique. It not hard to obtain (a couple of videos on YouTube and you'll get it hahaha). Although we have to run some test for the customer, so he can pick the deep of the wood texture. What do you think? Let us know on the comments
