📍 Four months ago I couldn't find this Hialeah nail salon on Google Maps if I tried. Today Google's AI recommends it by name. Same business, same owner, same 3-mile grid.
Back in February, the map was almost solid red. They ranked "20+" across nearly the whole city, with one lonely pin at #4.
Here's what changed in four months 👇
✅ Share of Local Voice: 3% to 22% (almost 7x)
✅ Average rank on the map: 12th to 8th
✅ Reviews: 93 (4.8★) to 154 (4.9★)
✅ From "20+" almost everywhere to ranking #1 to #3 across central Hialeah
It's not #1 across the whole radius. The edges are still red, and I won't pretend otherwise. But in the core area where its customers actually search, it now shows up first.
Here's what most local owners miss in 2026: when someone asks Google's AI or ChatGPT for a nail salon in Hialeah, this one comes up by name. Win the map and you win the AI answer, because they run on the same signals: an accurate, complete Google Business Profile, the right categories, and a steady flow of recent reviews.
We put that exact 9-step process into a free 1-page Google Business Profile checklist, the same one we run for local businesses at tamer.

That covers video verification, the category lever (your #1 ranking factor), reviews, weekly posts, and the compliance mistakes that get profiles suspended. One page, worked top to bottom.
