3. Create a timeline and stick it- Set deadlines to keep yourself and your team on track, while staying motivated. A timeline will force to think tactically and hold you accountable. 📆

4. Make adjustments as needed-Have a flexible mindset. You may need to adjust to changing conditions. Be ready for these, they are part of the game.🛠️

5. Celebrate small wins- It’s key to recognize your Ws along the way. They will serve as proof of concept, keep you motivated, and generate tons of confidence in the mission at hand.🏆
