This month, The Brand Advocates team has been supporting the Speak Up Broward- Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization at outreach and tabling events throughout Broward County, connecting with residents and encouraging participation in the MPO's Countywide Survey.

Every response helps Broward MPO better understand community needs and priorities as they plan for the future of transportation in our region.

The survey is open to Broward County residents only, limited to one response per participant, and includes entry into a drawing for a $500 Visa gift card upon completion. The survey closes on June 25 at midnight EST.

The Brand Advocates was proud to attend the 2026 State of the Travel & Tourism Industry event hosted by the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables.

Madeleine Paredes and Luis Galvez represented our team as industry leaders gathered to discuss the latest travel trends, market performance, upcoming conferences, and key developments shaping Miami-Dade's tourism economy. The event also highlighted important milestones, including the 25th anniversary of Miami Spice, the 2026 Michelin Guide honorees, and preparations for Miami International Airport’s 100th anniversary in 2027.

We were proud to attend last night’s Venetian Causeway Design Project Public Meeting, and support our client, the Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works.

As the public information team for the project, Tasha Cunningham and Madeleine Paredes were there to stay connected and engaged as the project continues to move forward. The meeting included a presentation from Deputy Director Josiel Ferrer-Diaz, PE, and Gabriel Delgado, PE, Project Manager, Highway Bridge Engineering Division, DTPW, who shared updates on the initiative.

The proposed project includes replacing aging bridge structures, improving safety along the corridor, and incorporating enhancements such as wider sidewalks, new bicycle lanes, and expanded green spaces, while also addressing long-term resiliency needs.

TBA team members Madeleine Paredes and Luis F. They also engaged in sessions highlighting innovative approaches to public engagement, infrastructure planning, and safety initiatives.
