As a Catholic photographer, Amanda really wanted to include a meaningful symbol in her branding. We ran through a lot of ideas, but she kept coming back to the pelican.
If you’re a Christian and don’t know why the pelican is a symbol of Jesus Christ (because I didn’t!), it’s a really beautiful representation of Jesus’s sacrifice and the Eucharist.
We love including symbolism in branding that means something to our clients 🤍
Why did I sketch them in that shade of blue? No clue! Any other designers who don’t like to design or sketch with black?
