Just crossed over $70k in sales in the Wix Studio template marketplace!

I started off the year with my best month in January but then Wix
dropped their new AI based editor, Harmony and it affected my sales drastically. Even so, I'm still earning meaningful passive income from the marketplace.

Now, with Wix Studio 2 coming around the corner, I've been updating my templates, improving the designs and shifting my focus towards adding even more value, while also focusing more on where I started my Wix journey: Real Estate.

I started building on Wix back in 2019 when I wanted to build my own website because I was just starting out as an agent and couldn't pay for a developer or designer, and I ended up becoming one!

This time around, I'm going to continue building templates for industries I'm familiar with, but my main focus will be Real Estate and giving agents access to the tools I built for my own platform.

Im also soft-launching my Template Playbook, which I'll continue updating after Wix Studio 2 launches.

I got a sneak peek at the next version of Wix Studio. This is my initial reaction and check out my full blog and video.

It's everything I've wanted from the platform.

The part that got me most was how they handled AI. It's not an AI-first builder that takes the wheel from you. It's more like having an extra set of hands. Use it when you want. Put it down when you don't. Generate a section, start a page, or open a blank canvas and design entirely by hand. All inside the same editor.
That's the version of AI in a design tool I've actually been waiting for.

Here's the bigger picture though.

A lot of designers have been asking whether platforms like Wix Studio still make sense with vibe coding taking over. My answer is yes, and here's why. Vibe coding makes it easy to build something. But building is only part of the job. Once you're done you still have payments, booking, email marketing, memberships, CRM, SEO tools, and a dozen other things to connect and maintain. That's where vibe coded builds start to show their cost, not in the build itself, but in everything around it.

Wix already has all of that built in. One ecosystem. One platform. The site and everything behind it in one place.

The next version of Wix Studio takes that and adds creative flexibility and AI speed on top of it. That's the best of both worlds in a way vibe coding alone can't offer right now.

Keep in mind what I saw is early. The final release may look different. But the direction is exactly right.

Grateful for the recognition as Wix Studio's Agency of the Moment.

I didn’t plan on becoming a web designer. I sort of fell into it, but from the moment I started, I kept getting signs I was on the right path. Winning second place in my first hackathon. Crossing $50k+ in revenue. Becoming a top seller in the Marketplace. Getting interviewed by Wix Studio. And now this.

Templates are what made everything click for me. They let me create on my own time, stay focused on the creative work, and build income that isn’t tied to constant client projects.

Now I’m doubling down on templates as the core focus, while revisiting white-label services and selective custom work as complementary pieces. The goal is leverage, sustainability, and creative control.

If you’re a designer who enjoys building more than selling, productizing your skills is worth exploring.

From Real Estate to Digital Real Estate: Introducing Allioo Studio 🚀

When I started building Allioo.com, my goal was to create a transparent and efficient platform for condo owners to sell and rent with ease. I built a dashboard for offer management, listing transparency, and condo insights, giving buyers and renters the information they need to make informed decisions.

Through this process, I developed web design and development skills—despite having no formal background in development. Those skills led me to place 2nd in the Wix Studio / Merge Dev Hackathon with a real estate template built on Wix Studio, proving that great design and functionality don’t require a coding background.

Since launching my first template last summer, I’ve grown to selling over 500 templates in the Wix Studio Marketplace, helping businesses and agencies build high-quality websites faster. That experience inspired me to launch Allioo Studio, where I help startups, small businesses, real estate professionals, and agencies build their own digital real estate—whether through premium Wix Studio templates, white-label services, or fully custom solutions.
