Font Squared

Font Squared Font Squared has a mission to provide resources for artists and nonprofits to thrive in their creative pursuits.

Since 2017, Font Squared has built award-winning websites to expand audiences and awareness for artists and creatives, while generating revenue through e-commerce sales and donations. We have developed successful social media and email campaigns, generating almost $100,000 for non-profit organizations. Everything we do is committed to our art studios project, Warehouse 4726 to provide affordable s

tudio space and resources to Miami's Visual Arts community. As artists ourselves, we understand what it takes to develop a practice and commit your time and energy to something larger than yourself. We work to meet the budgets and resource limitations of artists and nonprofits, while providing the highest level of professionalism to create impactful tools and resources to achieve your goals.

Summer is a real funding gap for a lot of cultural nonprofits. Between spring grant cycles and fall decisions, funds can run low—while programs and community needs keep moving.

That's why we were proud to support Diaspora Vibe Cultural Arts Incubator (DVCAI) during the Miami Foundation State of Black Philanthropy campaign -- and raise the stakes -- for a summer fundraising initiative.

The goal: $11,000 to unlock an $11,000 match (a $22,000 target in May) to support Black philanthropy organizations across Miami-Dade County. DVCAI was one of six organizations selected to be celebrated and featured in the campaign.

With a focused marketing push from Font Squared behind the fundraising effort, DVCAI not only secured the full match—supporters helped bring the campaign to $27,097 raised from 42 donors.

Summer campaigns like this aren't "extra." They're strategic bridges between grant cycles—helping organizations stay resourced, visible, and resilient until new funding arrives in the fall.

What does a Font Squared brainstorm look like?

Yesterday, our team gathered around a table with laptops, notebooks, and way too much coffee to work through a client's event marketing strategy. Andrea was mapping the timeline. Julissa was sketching visual concepts. Lila was pulling Eventbrite data. Linh was making sure we had everything we needed.

This is what I love about our team: we're all artists. We all understand the nonprofit world. We all care about the outcome—not just checking boxes, but creating real momentum for our clients.

No ego. No corporate speak. Just people who genuinely want to help arts organizations thrive.

That's the Font Squared difference.

Your website is your most powerful marketing tool.

But here's the thing: most arts nonprofits treat it like an afterthought. A few outdated photos, no clear call-to-action, and a contact form that leads nowhere.

What if you changed that?

Start here:
1. Make your mission statement crystal clear in the first 10 seconds. Why should someone care about your work?
2. Add ONE clear next step on every page. "Register for our next event," "Join our email list," "Donate today."
3. Update your events page weekly. If your website says your last event was in 2023, prospects think you're inactive.
4. Link your website to your email list. Every visitor should have a chance to stay connected.

Small changes. Real impact.

Your website doesn't need to be fancy—it needs to be clear, updated, and focused on moving people from curious to committed.

Ready to strengthen your nonprofit's digital foundation? Let's talk.
