Looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team! Please read the full job description before applying.

Responsibilities
• Management of paid media account operations for 6+ clients.
• Analyze paid media campaigns to develop, execute, test, and report on paid media strategies.
• Continually optimize paid social campaign components including ad copy, bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, audience optimization, etc. (Facebook and Google Ads)
• Write compelling ad copy with a focus on driving conversions.
• Prepare weekly paid media performance reports and recommendations to deliver to clients.
• Deliver paid media campaign optimizations analyses and provide recommendations for next steps from the data.
• Stay informed of relevant industry, paid media, and paid media platform trends and best practices.
Requirements
• Required: English Level: B1/B2
• Required: 2+ years of experience in a digital media strategy role (preferably paid media, but also funnel marketing) with budgets exceeding $5k/mo.
• Required: 2+ years of experience in Facebook and Google Ads advertising is required.
• Experience with Google Ads – annual certifications required
• Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Preferred: Experience with funnel marketing elements is preferred. E.g., landing page building, creative / copy, tracking / attribution, analytics, etc.
• Nice to have: Experience in Pinterest, Linkedin, YouTube, etc..
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate insights and recommended actions.
• Strong levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
