After two days of cheat meals and way too much cake, it’s time to lock back in.

Starting a 60-day cut to get as lean as possible before my next bulk and push my discipline to another level.

Day 1 starts now. Follow the journey. 💪

Your biggest transformation will make you unrecognizable to the people who knew the old you.

And that’s okay. You’re not supposed to stay the same just to make other people comfortable.

Keep growing, even when they don’t understand you anymore.

The difference between successful and unsuccessful people isn’t that one has bad days and the other doesn’t.
They both do.

The difference is one keeps showing up even when they don’t feel like it.

The system I discovered that you can apply too:

1. Eat clean:
Organic, healthy food. No sweets, canola oil, or fried food. Stick to a structured meal plan.

2. Train hard:
If you want to build muscle, every workout has to count. Train like it’s your last workout. Push yourself to failure.

3. Share your journey:
Post your progress and let people follow along. It can inspire them while keeping you accountable and motivated to keep improving.

4. There’s no “I’ll start tomorrow”:
If you keep waiting, you’ll never start. So just start. Now.

I’m 21, and I’m a little embarrassed to admit that…

1. I tie part of my self-worth to progress. A productive day makes me feel good, while a slow day can make me feel like I wasted my time. It pushes me forward, but it also makes the hard days hit harder.

2. I barely go out with friends, and I barely sleep. My life revolves around business, training, learning, and chasing goals. Sometimes having fun or sleeping more makes me feel like I’m doing something wrong.

3. I struggle to feel like I’ve achieved something. Whenever I reach a goal, it quickly becomes normal and I immediately start chasing the next one.

4. I compare myself to people who are years ahead of me. I look at entrepreneurs and investors who have already built incredible things, and suddenly what I’ve accomplished feels small.

5. I want to be exceptional, so an “ordinary life” scares me. I don’t just want financial stability - I want to build something big. Sometimes the thought of being average scares me more than failing.

6. I’m afraid of wasting time. Sometimes I spend so much time trying to make the perfect decision that I delay actually starting, and end up wasting the time I was trying to save.

7. I’ve put things off because of my ambitions. I’m so focused on building an amazing future that sometimes I forget to experience being 21 right now.

8. I’m afraid of becoming satisfied with success. Part of me believes that if I become too comfortable with what I’ve achieved, I’ll stop pushing forward and eventually start moving backward.

If you relate to any of this, you’re not alone. We’re all figuring it out as we go. If you’re on a similar journey, follow along and let’s keep growing together!
