Where Iām from, nobody talked about building a business.
You went to school. You got a job. You worked. That was the plan. That was just what you did. And for a long time that was my plan too, because when that is all you see around you, you do not know there is another option.
I dropped out of college. I was working at Ace Hardware. Then I started a landscaping business so I could quit Ace Hardware, and I was making five to six thousand dollars a month running that thing, pouring every dollar back into trucks and equipment, working as much as I possibly could.
And I still knew it was not it. I knew there was something else.
Then I found Amazon FBA on YouTube. I listed my first product on February 28th, 2023. Within the next 30 days I had made my first ten thousand dollars in revenue online. That was also the first sale I had ever made through any online business.
