I have some exciting news to share. But first, let me take you back to where this story began.
In 2009, I moved from London to Miami after two years at Sapient. I was assigned to work with a new creative agency called iChameleon, which had just begun collaborating with Sapient Miami. That’s where I met Freddie Laker and joined an incredible group of thinkers, many of whom are now part of Chameleon Collective. We worked together for four transformative years that deeply shaped how I view creativity, leadership, and collaboration.
Fast forward to 2015. I took the leap into entrepreneurship and launched Samba Rock. Around that same time, Freddie and his partners launched Chameleon Collective. Our paths ran parallel: two similar visions built on collaboration and the belief that the traditional agency model was ready for reinvention. I watched from afar, inspired by how their collective approach proved what I had always believed: that creativity thrives when great minds work together without ego.
Recently, Freddie and I reconnected, and one conversation stood out. It wasn’t about joining his company—it was about joining a collective of entrepreneurial minds. A group of senior leaders united by a shared purpose: helping brands grow through creativity, strategy, and transformation.
After some reflection, I realized this was the opportunity I’d been waiting for—a chance to do what I love, but on a broader, more collaborative stage.
Chameleon Collective isn’t just another agency. It’s a collective of extraordinary people across every discipline, from branding and marketing to commerce and technology, working as one to help businesses evolve and succeed. It's not a network, or a loose collaboration, but a true collective where every member has a stake in the companies future, and their own.
Samba Rock will always be a part of me—it's shaped who I am and what I believe in. And now, Samba Rock is also part of Chameleon Collective, which means its spirit, its values, and everything we built together lives on in an even bigger way.
I’m grateful for this opportunity and excited for what’s ahead.
The next act begins now. Together.
