I’ve always been about challenges, because challenges only make you stronger. I was recently put in a position to dj at The Hub the #1 Friday Latin Night in the city. After numerous times DJing in the main room packed and getting the crowd to go from 0-100, i was given the task that nobody could do, dj in the Pink Lounge (small room) and find a way to get the people in that oom. After trying out artists and other djs they gave me a night. I told them don’t worry I got you since then every night they have out me in the Pink Lounge I have been able to sell out the room. No other dj was able to rock that crowd except for DJ VK one night. Showing the Hub what I was able to do has now opened the door for me to continuously work in the pink lounge. Yes I can always say I want the main room but to me that room is easier to rock. But giving me a challenge that no one was able to do shows what type of dj I really am. Main rooms are easy to pack up and rock but how do you get a full packed house to say hey let’s go to the other room and then stay all night. For that I thank everyone who came out last night and packed the. Pink lounge. Thank you on to the next party tonight at Locos.
