Looking for a team player! We are a creative Digital Print and Marketing company that is in the heart of Horse Country Virginia. We are looking for new talent to help our continued growth in digital printing and creative services. Ideally, we are seeking a creative individual with unique ideas, who likes to produce beautiful work and is eager to learn. Working as our Digital Production Designer, you would design, set up, adjust and operate all relevant equipment to produce quality finished products that meet customer specifications, and completed in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Here's more of what we are looking for:
• Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on, small manufacturing service-industry environment?
• Do you have experience with, or are you willing to learn about the operation of wide format inkjet and other digital printing equipment?
• Do you have graphic design skills and are familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite?
• Do you have a good eye for detail?
• Do you like to produce quality products?
• Do you enjoy working with and communicating with a variety of people?
• Are you creative? Do you have ideas and need a place to share them?
• Do you have an interest in the arts and/or print industry?
• Are you crafty? Can you work with scissors, knives, squeegees, rulers and other tools of the trade?
• Are you comfortable with electronic filing and shared server navigation?
And here are some more qualities that really will be expected of you:
• We will expect you to be able to communicate verbally, electronically, and in writing.
• Responsive, friendly customer service will be a large part of your responsibilities.
• You will need to be able to lift some items between 50 & 75 lbs.
• We will want you to be organized, maintain a clean workspace, and be friendly.
Bonus points if you:
• Have a working knowledge of Fiery Command Workstation
• Have experience with wide format or other digital printing equipment
Ideal Technical Qualifications:
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Comfortable with both Windows and Mac OS
• Outlook and/or Gmail
• Excel database manipulation
Preferred Education/Experience:
• Minimum of Associates Degree and/or
• 2+ years sign/print shop experience
You will have other duties that may not be listed here. Occasionally you may be asked to provide customer service or even greet customers in person or on the phone. We are a friendly bunch!

We work with businesses of all sizes, but we especially love the work we do with the area nonprofits. One, in particular, is the Paragon Philharmonia, under the baton of Miriam Burns. While we print everything from letterhead and envelopes, it's the programs where we really shine.

If you have never been, it's a rare jewel of an evening. Beautiful music performed by some of the most talented musicians in America. It's like having the Kennedy Center in our own backyard. Check them out on their social media.

We are very proud to be the official printer of producing all the printed collateral for the event at Salamander Resort & Spa. From the tickets to the programs to the name badges, the resort was looking for an upscale feel created locally. This is our second year with the event and we are looking forward to many more.
