The Middlebury Natural Foods Co-op will celebrate 50 years with a party on the Town Green in Middlebury featuring live music, food and activities on Saturday, Aug. 22, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Then stick around for an exhibit opening at the Jackson Gallery, from 6-9 p.m., that highlights 50 years of Co-op history.

Wine lovers gathered at Lincoln Peak Vineyard in New Haven on Sunday for the Vinous Rebellious wine fair, an afternoon of Vermont wine, conversation and a little bit of label art appreciation. On Thursday, Aug. 27, Ripton's Chipman Inn will host a free evening of poetry, abstract art, and conversations with local creators Jim Ellefson and Tal Birdsey. This is just the first of many events being held at the Chipman Inn, as new owner Colleen Todd transforms the space into a haven focused on connection, simplicity, and community.
