A New Chapter Begins!

We are incredibly excited and honored to officially begin this journey as the new owners of Circle HBK Designs now operating under the new name PIVOT 5 Brands!

First and foremost, we want to express our sincere gratitude to Lindsey for her support, encouragement, and the countless hours she has invested in training us and helping make this transition possible. We are so thankful for the foundation she built and for the opportunity to continue serving the amazing customers who have supported this business over the years.

As we step into this new chapter, we are reminded of how faithfully God works. His timing is always perfect, and we truly believe we are right where He has called us to be. We feel incredibly blessed and are excited to see all that He has in store for Pivot 5 Brands.

While there have been some changes, one thing remains the same, our commitment to providing the excellent quality and customer service you know and trust.

3 months shy of a decade, y’all. 🥹 10,000’s of hats, shirts, jerseys & promo products. Lots of blood, sweat & tears. Early mornings and late nights. Losing sleep over new ideas, making deadlines, looking for ways to better serve.

The best part? The priceless relationships. I’ve had the honor of creating memory pillows & shirts for lost loved ones, baby items to welcome new life, graduation gifts, & more for life’s special milestones. Facilitated fundraisers for a variety of special causes. I’ve loved being a part of helping companies grow by hooking them up with the very best promo gear. Helped companies love on their customers & employees with gifts & uniforms. I’ve cried with some of you, laughed with most of you and celebrated with you. I will forever hold those memories in my heart. 🤍

This journey started with Kelsey Hancock, who built Circle HBK Designs from the ground up and started a legacy for me to continue. That legacy gets to live on in the new owners. When I decided to sell, I prayed for the right buyers. Someone I could feel good about handing it over to, and someone who will truly care about my customers like I do. I genuinely can’t think of anyone better to take over. I believe with all my heart the Lord has orchestrated this transition. We’ve been busy training, and guys-I can say with 💯 confidence that product quality & attention to detail will be unmatched!!
