Quick question for local business owners: when's the last time you looked at your own website on your phone? Not the desktop version, your phone. That's how most of your customers see you first. Meet the part of the process nobody sees: the discovery conversation. Before we design a single page, we sit down and ask what your customers need to know, what you're tired of explaining on the phone and what a good lead looks like to you. Websites built without that conversation look nice and do nothing. It's a big part of why we're local – this works better face to face.

Apple just turned on ads inside Apple Maps – and almost nobody around here is using it yet.

But the free part matters more. Apple Business Connect controls your hours, photos and phone number across Maps, Siri and CarPlay, and most businesses have never claimed theirs. If your customers walk through a front door, this is worth ten minutes.
