Hello Everyone, my name is Heather and I am a graduate from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. I received my Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts specializing in Graphic Design. I am a very driven, motivated and competitive person that works hard. I believe that you can go as far in life as you desire if you work hard and take charge when things get tough. I feel I have earned my way in life and I am ready to start the next chapter. Currently I am employeed at Dundee Manufacturing Company in Dundee, MI. I head up all things graphics. We are undergoing a new face for the company and expanding the market. I have developed a new logo, kicked off the development of the website and the new catalog. Two stationery quotes can look almost identical on paper. “Quote” doesn’t always mean the same thing.

Some stationers hand you a design file and a stack of printed pieces, and the rest, assembling, stamping, stuffing, sealing, addressing, mailing, lands back on you. Full service means something different. Your suite gets designed, assembled, stamped, stuffed, sealed, and mailed, so you actually get your time back, not just a pretty PDF to deal with yourself.

Photos and reels can only show you so much. The weight of the paper, the texture of an embellishment, the way an invitation actually feels when you hold it, that’s the kind of thing you have to touch to really get. Same goes for the structures, the scale and finish only really land when you’re standing in front of them.

This is the piece that makes the room feel like you!

Wedding paper doesn’t stop at the envelope. There’s an entire category most couples don’t even know exists yet, seating chart displays, welcome sign installations, the big-format pieces that greet your guests before they even find their seats.

This is one of the newest things happening at Daisy Lane, and it carries the same idea as everything else here: one person handling your paper, from the mailbox all the way to your reception space.

Quick number check. Your guest count and your invitation count are not the same thing, and most couples don’t find that out until they’re already mid-order.

Invitations go out per household, not per guest. A guest list of 150 people might only need 75 invitations, sometimes fewer. Nobody hands you that distinction up front, so it’s an easy number to get wrong, not because anyone did anything wrong, just because nobody mentioned there were two numbers to begin with.

This is one of the first things we sort out together, before you order a single piece. Getting it right up front saves you money on printing and one less thing to second-guess later.
