📣JOB OPENING: Call Center Sales Representative in Millersville!📣
🔍 We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Call Center Sales Representatives. This is a full-time position (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM), perfect for those who enjoy connecting with people, problem-solving, and making a real difference.
Your Role:
You will serve as the first point of contact for utility customers, educating them about our client's demand response program. Your objective will be to encourage customers to join the program during the call itself. Remember, customers benefit too—they get paid to participate!
What we offer:
💰 Starting pay of $15/hour, with the opportunity to increase to $18/hour within your first 90 days

Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with strong communication and persuasive skills. Experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus, but we provide all the necessary training for you to excel.
