Well, well, well... look what’s finally here.

After weeks of promises and “coming soon, we swear” (ok, those were mostly just between ourselves and our confused family), our website is officially LIVE! :tada: Static Eye Design Co. is now a real thing on the internet! It’s good to be busy, but also good to get this thing properly off the ground.

Special thanks to The Glow Land for the wordsmithing.

Greetings Humans of the Interwebs -

I suppose the cat is out of the bag, as you would say, but let’s make it official, official. Yes?

We’ve been talking about this for months, and now (as of January 1st, 2025) we have combined forces for the good of the design world and hatched Static Eye Design Co!

What does this mean for you and your business? Only the best things. More interesting websites, more powerful branding statements, and a lot more design greatness.

MPS PROUD!

Say what you will about public education (I know everyone has an opinion), but we’re strong believers in the public school system and the impact it has on millions of children’s lives across the country. Our educators are under paid and over worked, yet have some of the biggest impact on our children’s lives.

We’re grateful to continue work with Milwaukee Public Schools Foundation, Inc. on their important initiatives that affect Milwaukee’s youth and help shape our future.

Hi again, all! So we have reached the end of the month and there’s still no pizza to be had. We were holding off posting an update hoping the next time we were going to share news would be when are ready and open, but it looks more like another week at least. We are still waiting for the city to issue our occupancy permit. The last hold is the health department, which has asked us to make certain repairs to the building which we will be completing this week. We are optimistic that it will be sorted sooner than later, but we are on the city’s clock. Please believe us when we say we can barely wait any longer to open. Every spare moment has been used to hone our skills and put this place back together with all the finishing touches to make this new era feel slightly recharged and yet taste just like the legacy it has been for decades. We thank you all for your continued patience and we are so excited to say ‘Welcome back to Maria’s’ very soon.
