Though I appreciate all of my customers I DO NOT design, or print without a 50% deposit. If for some reason I am unable to achieve the design that you are looking for, I refund deposits the same way they were received immediately after you’ve expressed this sentiment. All designs will be watermarked when sent and removed for printing.
All tumblers are hand wash only, though they uphold in a dishwasher, the heat from the dishwasher cycles may cause fading of the design, and damage silicone seals on the lid. Do not allow them to sit for extended periods of time in direct sunlight or extreme heat for the same reason.
Never microwave any metal, so it goes without saying that you DO NOT put your double walled stainless steel tumbler in the microwave 💥
