And just like that, another Serve + BVK internship summer is in the books. 🧡
From their first few nervous presentations to confidently pitching in front of 40+ people, this group grew SO much this summer and we couldn’t be prouder.
They jumped into real client work, helped expand our 1More mental health campaign, experienced life on set (and sometimes in front of the camera!), and got a true look at what agency life is all about.
And because there’s no one path into this industry, we made sure they got outside our walls too. They spent time with Milwaukee Portfolio School, Independent Studios US, Collura Creative, Circle Pictures, Ski Team Video Agency, Zero Studios and Inpower, getting the chance to experience different agencies and creative spaces, explore career paths and learn from some pretty incredible people along the way.
They also connected one-on-one with more than 20 BVK team members across different departments and career levels who shared their experiences, advice and plenty of honest answers about working in this industry.
The work was great, but watching their confidence grow, their voices get stronger and the friendships form along the way was easily our favorite part.
To our 2026 interns: Keep asking questions, taking chances and showing up as yourselves. We can’t wait to see what you do next. ✨
