Are you a part of The Club? Nelsen’s Hall & Bitters Club is a historic landmark on Washington Island in Door County. It’s become a right of passage to stop in, fill out a certificate to be stamped (over 10,000 stamped a year) and then take a shot of Angostura Bitters. Tom Nelsen found some crafty was to shift around prohibition laws back in 1899 which allowed him to sell and dispense bitters, for medical purposes of course, and is the oldest operated tavern in the along with title of largest purveyor of Angostura Bitters in the world. On top of all this they have been an amazing supporter of Door County Brewing for years! Highly encouraged to take the adventure to Washington Island and explore what it has to offer. Then stop in for a pint of Vacationland chased with shot of bitters!

As we celebrate our 21st year; we are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client revenue growth objectives in the business to business sector.
This is a, "flex-time" position; you chose when you work during typical business hours.
You will be provided with paid training; clients; and a robust CRM with prospects already included.
You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities:
**Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
**Understand customer needs and requirements.
**Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
**Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
**Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
**Proven B2B inside sales experience is mandatory.

Requirements:
**Complete home office including unlimited long-distance phone (Not VOIP) and printer is mandatory.
**Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
**Experience working with any CRM is mandatory.
** Experience working in B2B Sales is mandatory.
**Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
**Strong listening and presentation skills.
**Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
**BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
