Doodles, lore, and other proof we’ve been paying attention. 💫

For Josh’s 33rd time around the sun, we traded polished prose for messy margins and let his sketchbook lead. Every B&Coer drew a tiny doodle of something that reminds us of him—his strong beard and iconic coiffed hair, the well-loved boots, Frau the furry sidekick, can of PBR, Manhattans, Star Wars, and all the wonderfully weird lore in between.

None of it was about masterpieces. It was about noticing the little things and honoring the details that make Josh, Josh. Safe to say he’s rubbed off on all of us.

Though she’s technically been with us since her intern days in 2024, today Lauren is celebrating one year as a Graphic Designer!

With a background in both design and the service industry, she naturally brings a guest-first mindset to her work, blending creativity with an understanding of how people want to experience brands day-to-day. She’s helped shape some of our favorite projects along the way.

As an added plus, she’s our resident source for niche books and relatively under-the-radar music. It’s safe to say her great taste extends far beyond the screen. Cheers to one, Lauren!
