May is Mental Health Awareness Month 🧡🪴
Mental health affects everyone, and we make a point to acknowledge that as a company. We believe that if you can't take care of yourself, you can't show up fully for your work, your team, or your clients. So we take it seriously.
This year, every team member got to choose a plant and a pot to take home as their own. Caring for plants has real benefits: research shows it reduces stress, improves mood, and brings a sense of purpose to daily life. A small, daily reminder to tend to ourselves, too.
We also asked everyone to share one thing they'd say to a friend who's struggling with their mental health. The responses are worth reading.
