I recently had the opportunity to design this shirt for Patriot Machine’s job fair to help younger people consider aerospace manufacturing as a career opportunity.

Patriot Machine has been part of the St. Charles community since 1991, building the parts and components that help keep the aerospace industry moving. What started (and remains) a family-owned business has grown into a team of more than 160 people working with incredible technology, skill and precision every day.

What I love most about this project is the bigger message behind it... that there are amazing opportunities available for people who like to work with their hands, solve problems, understand technology, create things and actually see the results of their work in the real world. You don’t have to follow one traditional path to build a really exciting future.

I’m so excited to help Patriot Machine show the next generation just how much opportunity there is in building what’s next!
