This clip is from the heart of Gibraltar, with a true world traveler who plays the p**a, a traditional Chinese plucked lute. We started playing. People stopped walking. A small crowd gathered around two strangers from opposite sides of the world, finding common ground in sound.

That's the part I keep coming back to. The seeds we plant don't always look like seeds. Sometimes they look like a few minutes of music in a public square, shared with people whose names we'll never know.

Keep dreaming. Keep showing up. Keep making the most of what's already in your hands.

Over the past several years, we’ve had the opportunity to travel across Wisconsin capturing stories inside schools, districts, technical colleges, and education programs.

And one thing is clear: education is changing.

Students are not just sitting in classrooms. They’re learning in labs, building real-world skills, connecting with employers, exploring career pathways, and discovering what their future could look like before they even graduate.

That is where video becomes powerful.

A good story does more than show a building or a program. It captures the energy, the people, the purpose, and the heart behind what is happening. It helps parents, students, employers, and communities see the bigger picture.

It has been exciting to help tell these stories across Wisconsin and see firsthand how education is adapting to this new day and age.

It is an exciting time to be in business, especially when the work allows us to shine a light on people and programs making a real difference.

Grateful for the opportunity to keep telling stories that matter.

Zig Ziglar called success "the maximization of the abilities that God gave you."

Mine are a handpan, a love for travel, and a stubborn belief we're meant to find each other through whatever language we have.

This clip is from Tangier, where a local family took me in and opened their world to me. I played with a world guitarist and a professional Moroccan singer who asked that evening if she could sing with me.

We met as strangers.

We left as friends.

Gibraltar next week.

Whatever you've been given, use it. That's the whole assignment. We can never stop dreaming, and we can never stop making the most of what's already in our hands.

I had one of those little perspective-check moments today.

I was at a stoplight and glanced over at my weekly goal tracker. Seeing the entire year laid out in weeks really hit me. When you look at the weeks that are already behind you, and then see what’s actually left, it makes you realize there may not be as much “later” in the year as we think.

Time flies.

My son leaves for Air Force boot camp next month, which makes that even more real for me. Seasons move fast. Goals matter. Family matters. Focus matters.

Just a friendly reminder to stay locked in on what really matters this year.

Good morning. Let's start the week strong.

Last week handed me and my team a gift: a genuinely beautiful spring day, and our production team made the absolute most of it.

We were out in the field soaking up the sunshine, capturing footage, and remembering exactly why we do what we do.

And then it happened.

Coming home from 2 shoots I was rolling down the freeway and there was a real, actual DeLorean. Stainless steel, gull-wing doors, the whole thing. I had one of those "wait, did I just see that?" moments that makes you pull out your phone as you hear your wife warn you when she isn't even in the car.

It got me thinking. Doc Brown built a time machine and called it the future. We're living that future right now. AI is moving at a Jetsons-pace that none of us fully predicted: smarter tools, faster workflows, video production capabilities that would have looked like science fiction five years ago.

We can't come close to leaning in to this at the pace it is putting out, but we do our best.

So here's to spring, sunshine, and a week full of forward momentum.

Because we stepped into it early, we’re more ready.

We're just doing our best to be a chameleon and adapt.

I just got done reading 𝐒𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐎𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 by
Dr. Caroline Leaf and it’s a great reminder of how powerful our thoughts really are.

The concept of neuroplasticity, that we can literally rewire our brain based on what we consistently think about, is both challenging and encouraging. It means we’re not stuck.

We can reshape patterns, redirect negativity, and build healthier ways of thinking over time.

Definitely a worthwhile read if you’re looking to take more ownership of your mindset.
